Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation as long as the product has not yet been shipped or manufactured.

If the order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send back the item directly to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (shipping costs only).

No restocking fee will be applied for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification.

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Then contact your bank: there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
