These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the sales of products carried out on the website www.glowpatch.com (hereinafter the “Site”), operated by GLowPatch (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “GLowPatch”).
By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter “you”, “the Customer”) fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.
1. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual but representative. GLowPatch shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
2. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€), VAT not applicable.
GLowPatch reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
3. Orders
The validation of your order implies full acceptance of these GTC. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a summary confirmation email.
GLowPatch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (existing dispute, suspicion of fraud, etc.).
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via our provider Shopify Payments. The accepted bank cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and methods are specified in our Shipping Policy.
GLowPatch shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure.
6. Withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition in order to be returned.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.

7. Liability
GLowPatch cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. It is your responsibility to verify that the products are compatible with your needs or your state of health. The information present on the Site does not replace medical advice.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, logos, brand name, etc.) are the exclusive property of GLowPatch. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal data
The personal data collected are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time.
10. Applicable law
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
