Cancelation
We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not yet been shipped or manufactured .
If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund .
We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept returns of products.
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it , with its original packaging .
To finalize your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required .
Do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (only the shipping costs).
No restocking fees will be applied for the return of a product.
