At GLowPatch, we ensure that each order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Below you will find the essential information regarding our delivery service.
Processing times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after validation.
Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery methods (France and international)
We offer two delivery options, valid for all covered destinations:
• Standard delivery (free)
Estimated delivery times: 5 to 9 business days
• Express delivery (€2.99)
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a real-time tracking link.
You will therefore be able to follow each stage of your parcel’s transit.
